> Jail and fine for circulating obscene photos of wife

KUANTAN: A vehicle spare-parts supplier was sentenced to six months’ jail by the magistrates court here for circulating obscene photographs of his wife.
Abdul Aziz Basri, 57, who pleaded guilty, was also fined RM2,000, in default two months’ jail, yesterday.
Earlier, magistrate Iriane Isabelo rebuked him for circulating the photographs. Describing it as immoral, she told him that as a Muslim, he should be stoned (for his action).
Abdul Aziz was charged with circulating and disseminating six sheets of A4-size paper containing explicit images of his wife’s sexual acts at Courts Mammoth in Jalan Abdul Aziz between June 28 and July 7.
He was charged under Section 292(a) of the Penal Code which carries a maximum three-year jail sentence, a fine, or both, upon conviction.
According to the facts of the case, a 41-year-old clerk had lodged a police report on July 13, alleging her husband of disseminating photographs which tarnished her dignity.

The pair went into an abandoned house, where they usually liaised, and he dropped his pants. Sadly in the excitement he collapsed and died.
The prostitute called an ambulance but there was nothing that could be done.
He was eulogised in the local paper as a man who was “looking for sex until his last breath“.
