STOMPer Ng saw this man sleeping in a parking lot at the multi-storey carpark of Block 31A Balam Road and says it was dangerous as a car might run over him.
“Season parking?” said the STOMPer in his email.
“Jokes aside, it’s dangerous for this guy to sleep like that in a parking lot. A driver might not see him and might end up running over this man,” he said.
